One small shift a day.

Each day brings an insight to shift your perspective, a small challenge to try something new, a morning and an evening reflection, and five practices to notice. Ten minutes in the morning, ten in the evening.

  1. Day 1Shake up your routineChange one small thing about your routine. Take a different route, eat lunch somewhere new, or work from a different room.
  2. Day 2Create micro moments of wonderFind three micro moments of wonder. The way light hits your coffee cup, a conversation you overhear, a pattern in nature.
  3. Day 3Ask “what if” more oftenChallenge five assumptions you normally accept. Ask “what if this were different?” about anything, from how you arrange your desk to how you approach a problem.
  4. Day 4Embrace messy explorationMake something with no pressure for it to be good. Doodle, write terrible poetry, dance badly, or cook without following the recipe.
  5. Day 5Connect unrelated dotsFind three connections between completely unrelated things you meet today. How is your morning coffee like your favourite song? What does your commute share with your biggest dream?
  6. Day 6Play with constraintsSet yourself three constraints today. Describe your dream in five words, make something from what is in one room, or solve a problem using only free resources.
  7. Day 7Share your creative voiceShare something creative with at least one person today. Post an insight, send a creative message, share a photo that inspired you, or simply say an honest thought out loud.

Five practices to notice, every day.

Small habits that keep creativity close. Tick them off as you go, and note what you did.

By day seven, you will have:

  • A toolkit of creative practices that fit your life
  • Confidence in your ability to think differently
  • Real examples of creativity changing your week
  • A new lens for any challenge
