About these terms
These terms cover coaching from Hue & Heal Mind, purchases from our shop, and your use of this website. They are provided by Hue & Heal Ltd (“we”, “us”). Studio projects are covered by a separate agreement we write with each client.
Coaching is not therapy
Coaching is a collaborative, forward focused process for personal and professional growth. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment, it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. If you are in crisis, contact your GP or call Samaritans on 116 123, day or night.
Your part
You take responsibility for your own decisions and results, engage honestly, attend sessions on time, and tell us if you are receiving, or begin to receive, therapy or other mental health support.
Payment
- Fees are payable in advance, in pounds sterling, through Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Monthly instalments are available for the Momentum and Transformation programmes. Once an instalment plan has begun, all payments must be completed.
- Prices may change, but never for a booking you have already paid for.
Cancellations and refunds
- You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if coaching has not begun, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If coaching begins within those 14 days, you pay for the sessions already delivered.
- Once coaching has begun, fees are not refundable.
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions missed or cancelled with less notice are forfeited.
- If we need to reschedule because of illness or emergency, we will offer another time.
- Momentum should be completed within 6 months and Transformation within 12 months of purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
Confidentiality
Coaching conversations and materials are confidential, except where the law requires disclosure, where there is a credible risk of harm to you or others, for safeguarding, or where you give written consent.
Support between sessions
Some programmes include support by WhatsApp or voice note. It is for light guidance and accountability, does not replace sessions, and replies are not always immediate.
Our materials
Frameworks, worksheets, card decks, reports and other materials remain our intellectual property. You are welcome to use them for your own purposes, and to share our free reports with credit, but please do not resell or republish them without permission.
Shop orders
Physical products are sold through Stripe checkout, which shows delivery costs and times before you pay. You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Books and journals on The Shelf are sold by the linked retailer, not by us, and their terms apply.
Liability
Results from coaching depend on your circumstances and effort and are not guaranteed. Our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid for the relevant service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending coaching
Either of us can end a coaching relationship in writing at any time. Fees for sessions already delivered are not refundable, and instalments already agreed remain due. We may end coaching if behaviour towards us is abusive or inappropriate.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
