Who we are
Hue & Heal Ltd (“we”, “us”) runs this website and the Studio, Lab and Mind services described on it, including coaching previously offered as Hue & Heal Coaching. We are the data controller for the personal data described here, and we handle it in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. What we collect
- Identity and contact details: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number and company.
- What you tell us: project enquiries and messages.
- Transaction details: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Coaching records: session notes, goals and progress, for Mind clients.
- Website use: anonymous, aggregate visit statistics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to deliver the services you ask for.
- To process payments, send invoices and manage bookings.
- To send our monthly letter and report announcements, only if you have signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To improve the website and our services.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Our legal basis
Contract, where we are delivering a service you have bought or asked about. Consent, for our mailing list. Legitimate interest, to run and improve our business. Legal obligation, where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We use a small number of processors who handle it on our behalf: Stripe for payments, Calendly for bookings, Netlify for hosting this site and receiving form submissions, Supabase to hold our mailing list, and Plausible for cookieless visit statistics. We may also share data with professional advisers where legally required.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Coaching notes are kept for up to three years after coaching ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Financial records are kept for six years, as HMRC requires. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@hueandheal.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commission’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and storage
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers a couple of small preferences on this device, such as whether you turned the site’s sound on, and nothing about them is sent to us.
